- Finish defects (peeling, bubbling, or discoloration not caused by customer misuse)
3. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (fabric pilling, cushion compression, minor scratches from daily use)
- Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or neglect
- Damage from exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight
- Stains, spills, or pet damage
- Damage caused by moving or repositioning furniture without professional assistance
- Modifications or alterations made by the customer or third parties
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
